- There are a lot of constructions going on at the campus, which is a shame because it makes it harder to get around and limits the space in the most crowded areas.
- The trees tend to grow slightly taller than in Sweden (compare with the biker to the right).
- The stairway to heaven? – A long stairway through the woods down to the beach makes it more isolated and extends the feeling of lawlessness even further.

- A sad story – In August 1993 Christina Joy Thompson, a popular girl in the Wreck Beach community, was murdered at the top of the main trail leading to the beach. Two years later the culprit confessed that he quickly strangled her to death and afterwards had intercourse with the dead body…
- …Some say that the beach now is haunted by Tina and if you are away from the crowds during night you can hear her screams of agony.

- The bird show – A well-tamed red-tailed hawk happily following commands.
- It was a spectacular view, though the brightness of the mid-day sun made it hard to capture.
- Lighthouse Park – Ironically the lighthouse is surrounded by a fence which makes it unreachable. But it was a beautiful park well worth the visit.
- Welcome home – It’s fascinating how the birds interact, here it seems like they have been waiting for the flying seagull to arrive and gladly greet him to the group.
- Meditation? – We were invited to this meditation session on the cliffs but didn’t dare to join.
